12:30 PM – Rookie Player Orientation
3-5 PM – General Player Registration
3-6 PM – Beer Garden
8-11 PM – Opening Dinner Party
Monday, October 10
Competition begins at the 8-diamond Legacy Sports Complex
All teams play 4 games
Dinner Party w/ Full Hosted Bar - Mystery Site
Tuesday, October 11
All teams play 4 more games
One-Pitch Competition (a mini-game event with all “interested” players drafted during Sunday’s dinner party)
Player’s Free Night
Wednesday, October 12
Competition continues; 4 more games; Division Championship games (if necessary)
Afternoon Beer Garden
Jersey Trading
Awards Banquet (8 PM)
The Video Presentation (on and off-field recap of the previous 3 days)
Thursday, October 13
Departure or Extended Stays offered at discounted group rates
