Player / Guest Registration at the Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino Pool – 2-5 PM
Captain's Meeting - 4 PM
Afternoon Beer Garden 4 PM
Opening Dinner Party, Beer Garden, Entertainment - 7:30 PM

Monday, October 18
Games begin at up to 13 ball fields including the Big League Dreams replica fields and Lorenzi Park - 8–4 PM
Teams play a minimum of 4 games*
Mystery Location Dinner Party

Tuesday, October 19
Games continue – 8-5 PM
Teams play a minimum of 4 games*
Late Afternoon Beer Garden 5-7 PM
Player's Free Night
Late Night Beer Garden 11 PM

Wednesday, October 20
Teams play 4 games*, includes key division championship games
Afternoon Beer Garden – 4:00 – 6:30 PM
Jersey Trading
Awards Banquet, Video – 8 PM
Late Night Beer Garden After the Banquet

Thursday, October 21
Departure, or players can extend stay at discounted group rates (also applies for early arrivals)

* Teams can elect to play more than 12 games... or can request fewer games.
* Co-ed players can also compete in the Men's or Women's division... without any game conflicts.
